Launching: Air Jordan V Retro 'Grape' Men's

The Air Jordan 5 Retro “Grape” Makes Its Long-Awaited Comeback on 21st June 2025 After 12 Years.

Michael Jordan’s fifth signature shoe is back in one of its most iconic '90s colorways, hitting shelves this weekend.

Originally released in 1990, the Grape colorway gained fame through its association with Will Smith’s character on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. The style made a comeback in 2006 as part of Jordan Brand’s limited-edition LS (Lifestyle) line, followed by another reissue in 2013.

In 2018, the Jordan brand honored Smith’s iconic look by dropping a special laceless version, mimicking how his character wore the sneakers on the show. A rare, gold-accented friends-and-family edition of the Fresh Prince pair was also created to celebrate the legacy.

Though no longer seen as a performance basketball sneaker, the Air Jordan 5 still features many of its beloved original tech elements. It sports translucent netting on the tongue and quarter panels, complemented by a matching translucent outsole. Underfoot, Nike Air cushioning is housed in a cushy midsole to deliver that signature, flight-inspired feel.

The Air Jordan V Retro 'Grape' comes in a size run of Men's. It launches on desktop web, mobile site, and the JD App and will be available in select stores across Singapore on 21 June 2025.
