What is your online return policy?
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition with all tags attached. Items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
The original packaging must be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labeled, damaged, or taped.
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, and jewelry piercing products unless they are faulty.
JD Sports Singapore reserves the right to reject any return if the item, its box, or its packaging is marked, damaged, or not in a saleable condition.
The following products are categorized as non-refundable or exchangeable products:
1. Sport Bra(s)
2. Undergarment(s)
3. Sock(s)
4. Swimwear(s)
5. Bikini(s)
JD Sports Singapore reserves the right to modify or include products classified as Non-Refundable including limited time-based restrictions at any time.
JD Sports Singapore reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for any orders reasonably suspected to be intended for resale or unauthorized distribution.
How do I return my item?
Customers can easily return products through the following 3 channels:
- In-store - Exchange and Returns
We offer exchange in-store except for items marked as Non-Returnable.
You are welcome to return your online orders to any JD Sports stores in Singapore. Use our store finder to locate a store now.
2. SingPost Pickup / POPStation - Returns
1. Please contact our customer service team at +65 3138 5215 or by email at customercare@jdsports.com.sg to request for a return via Singpost Pickup or a return via POPStation.
a. By SingPost Pickup
i. Our team will dispatch Singpost to pick up your order.
b. By Popstation
i. Our team will provide a delivery label for your return.
ii. Pack your return order, print your ezyReturn label and place the return label on packaging.
iii. Drop off your return at the nearest Singpost POPStation.
2. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method and time taken might vary based on your provider.

1. Kindly fill out our returns form found here and enclose it with the items you are returning.

For customers who wish to exchange products, they can do so at any JD Sports store. You can contact our customer service department to check the stock of the desired product.
Can I exchange the product?
For items that are not classified as non-exchangeable or returnable. Exchanges can be made at any storefront.
The following products are classified as Non-Returnable Products:
1. Sport Bra(s)
2. Undergarment(s)
3. Sock(s)
4. Swimwear(s)
5. Bikini(s)
How long will it take to get my refund?
We will email you as soon as your return has been received and processed by our team. Please note that it can take 7-14 working days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
I have a faulty/damaged item(s)
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our Customer Service team at +65 3138 5215 or by email at customercare@jdsports.com.sg to discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team to assess whether a manufacturing fault is present. Based on the results, we will offer a refund if applicable.
Alternatively, you can take your dispatch note and the faulty or damaged item(s) to any of our JD Sports stores. Our team will be happy to assist you and send the item to our distribution center.The distribution center will conduct an inspection and offer a refund based on the results.
Will you refund my delivery charge?
If the item you returned is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, you will receive a full refund, including the delivery charge.
Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
How do I return an order I made using the Click & Collect service?
- Items can be returned to the store in accordance with JD Sports' Returns Policy.
- You can exchange the product only once within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Returned items must not be used, washed, or have tags missing.
- Items that do not comply with JD Sports' returns policy will be rejected.
How do I exchange something I bought in-store?
We offer product exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase for full-priced merchandise and within 14 days for sale and promotional merchandise.
To be eligible for an exchange, an original receipt must be presented, and the returned merchandise must be in its original condition, with any accompanying tags intact and in its original packaging.
JD Sports Fashion Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
Can I request for a refund for item(s) bought in-store?
We do not offer refunds for items purchased in-store.
However, you may exchange your items within 30 days of purchase for full-priced merchandise and within 14 days of purchase for sale and promotional merchandise.
An original receipt must be presented for an exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, with any accompanying tags intact and in its original packaging.
