How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard home deliveries are usually made within 2-7 working days of your order being placed.
Products that are shipped from the UK typically arrive within 5-10 working days of your order being placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We're quick at picking and packing your order, so once your purchase is confirmed, we’re unable to change or cancel it.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change your delivery address for security reasons. We recommend ensuring all details are correct before completing your order.
How do I place a Click & Collect order?
1. Select products on the JD Sports website.
2. Add the products you want to order to the shopping cart.
3. Select the “Click & Collect” option on the payment page.
4. Select the branch where you want to receive the product.
5. Pay online
6. Receive an order confirmation email with product pickup details.
7. When the product is ready to receive, you will receive another email notification.
I have a problem with my delivery?

Why has my order been cancelled?
There are various reasons why your order might have been cancelled. Please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll be happy to assist you further with this issue.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link for your order.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder to ensure it hasn’t ended up there.
Please note that once your order has been placed, we are unable to resend your confirmation email. To confirm that your order has been received, log in to your account on the JD website and check the orders section under the ‘My Account’ area.
If you don’t have a registered account or still can’t find your order, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
To ensure you receive future notification emails from us, please add us to your safe senders list and double-check that the email address you’ve registered with us is correct.
Something is missing from my order
We ship from multiple locations, so your order may be split across different consignments and might not all arrive at the same time.
However, if we are unable to send all the items you ordered, we will notify you via email. Please check your inbox, and we will issue a refund for any items not shipped.
I have a faulty/damaged item(s)
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll discuss your return options. The item will then be sent to our inspection team to assess if a manufacturing fault is present. Based on the results, we will offer a refund if applicable.
Alternatively, you can take your dispatch note and the faulty or damaged item(s) to one of our JD stores. The team will assist you and send your item to our distribution center for inspection. Depending on the results, a refund will be offered.
