How will I know you have successfully received my order?

Once your return order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. This is usually sent within a few hours.


Please note that the email may sometimes go to your junk/spam folder, especially if you haven’t shopped with us online before.


Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on My Orders.

Where is my order?
  • We are happy to assist you if you have not received your item within the stated delivery time frame.
  • Before contacting us, please check the tracking link we send you via shipping email for the latest information.
  • Please log in to your account to verify your order contains correct shipping information and that all your contact information is up to date.
  • Also, please check with your neighbors. If you are not home, the clerk may have left the package with your neighbor.
  • If you still can't find your parcel, please contact our customer service with your order number.
Can I cancel an order?

Since we process and pack orders quickly, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been confirmed. However, you may return the desired items for a refund at a later date.

Can I change the size or color of the item I ordered?

Once an order is received, we cannot add, change or modify any items from your order, but you may exchange the item at the store upon receipt of the item, in case the item can be exchanged.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once the order is complete, We can't change your shipping address. Please contact us to cancel your order.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order on the carrier's tracking system, where we will send the tracking number to your email and your package will show delivery information about 12 hours after you receive the email notification.

I didn't receive all of my products?

Your order may be split into multiple shipments and may not arrive at the same destination because sometimes we may not be able to ship all the items you ordered. However, we will send you an email to notify you of any missing items in your order. Please check your email and we will refund you for any items not shipped.

How do I use a discount code?

Promotions will be applied automatically at checkout. If you have a discount code, you need to enter it in the field labeled "Enter discount code" and click the "APPLY" button.

How long will it take to get my refund?

We will email you as soon as your return has been received and processed by our team. Please note that it can take 7-14 working days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of your item(s) being delivered to our returns center, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll assist you.

Make sure you let us know your order number, which items you have returned when you contact us.

How do I return/exchange my order?

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must also be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.


The original packaging must not be marked, labeled, damaged, or taped in any way.


For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, and jewelry piercing products unless they are faulty.


D Sports Singapore reserves the right to reject any return if the item, its box, or its packaging is marked, damaged, or not in a saleable condition.

The following products are classified as Non-Returnable Products:

JD Sports Singapore reserves the right to modify or include products classified as Non-Refundable including limited time-based restrictions at any time.
