Where is my order?
We are happy to assist you if you have not received your item within the stated delivery time frame.
Before contacting us, please check the tracking link we send you via shipping email for the latest information.
Please log in to your account to verify your order contains correct shipping information and that all your contact information is up to date.
Also, please check with your neighbors. If you are not home, the clerk may have left the package with your neighbor.
If you still can't find your parcel, please contact our customer service with your order number.
Can I cancel an order?
Due to our fast turnaround time in taking orders and packing them, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been confirmed. However, you may return the desired items for a refund at a later date.
What is your online return policy?
- The Company reserves the right to cancel, change or return products (lottery, in-store purchases, and website purchases).
- Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Only items that have not been worn, tags removed, or washed, must be in their original packaging and with the price tags intact, may be returned.
- Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned online.
- The following products are categorized as non-refundable or exchangeable products:

B. Face Cover / Face Mask / Snood
C. Socks
D. Sports bra - The following products are non-refundable , but can be exchanged for size (in case the product is in stock and must be exchanged at the branch only).

B. adidas Yeezy merchandise (raffle, in-store purchases, and website)
C. Popular product models include Dunk, Jordan, Air Force 1, New Balance 530, New Balance 990, etc. - The Company reserves the right to change the conditions or change products that are classified as non-refundable at any time.
